How does DriveFly Meet And Greet work?

You give us a call 20 to 30 minutes before you arrive at the terminal. Our chauffeur meets you, confirms your details and parks your car securely. When you return, you call us after you've picked up all your luggage. We then return your car to you.

When do I make the payment?

Complete the online booking form. You will then be taken to a secure payment page where the fee will be debited from your debit or credit-card account.

What will I get when I book?

A confirmation email with your unique reference number and directions to the area at the terminal where our chauffeur will meet you.

NB: Make sure your email address is correct to receive your confirmation.

What if my flight is delayed, changed or cancelled?

If we have your return flight number then we will be able to monitor your flight status. For flight cancellations, tell us your new flight number and estimated arrival time.

What uniform do your drivers wear?

A jacket with the DriveFly logo.

Do I have to sign anything or does the driver give me a receipt for parking?

No.

Are your chauffeurs insured?

Yes, our chauffeurs are insured to drive anywhere within an 8 mile radius of airport.

Do your chauffeurs carry ID?

Yes.

I want to cancel or change my booking. Will this be a problem?

f you give us 24 hours notice then we will refund your payment minus a £20 cancellation fee. If you wish to cancel later than that we regret we cannot give you a refund as we have already reserved your parking space.

Do you service all terminals?

Yes.

Am I charged if I arrive later or earlier then designated on my booking form?

No, but please let us know in advance to avoid delays with the collection of your vehicle.

Do your prices include VAT?

Yes.

Do you charge any credit/debit card fees?

No.
