At DriveFly we are committed to protecting all the personal information you share with us, both through the use of our website and any communications with you.

What personal information will we ask you for?

Once you have completed your price and availability search and you are ready to confirm your booking, you will be asked to provide us with the following information

Name and job title
Contact information including email address
Demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests
Other information relevant to booking details, payment details and/or offers
When your car is handed over we may take some exterior pictures. We do this to make sure your car is delivered back to you in the same condition as we pick it up.


What will we do with your personal information?

The information provided to us will be available to DriveFly, affiliated companies and trusted third party service providers and contractors only, for the following purposes:

To process bookings and/or enquiries received through our site.
To conduct market research and analysis to develop and improve our business.
To provide you with useful information about promotions, products and services.



The contacting of customers and relevant parties, will only be exercised under what Drivefly deem the requirement of the contact, and use of the customer’s data as a legitimate interest in the reason for contact. Drivefly and it’s brands (Drivefly, I Can Park And Ride) shall only contact a person who we believe has a legitimate interest in the communication. This will, in all cases be because the customer has previously been a customer of Drivefly, has indicated an interest in the products provided by the brands, or may have a professional interest in the company and the services it provides. This includes the customer abandoning a shopping cart online before order completion for a period of up to 28 days, previous purchase/s, or where the customer has requested to be added to the newsletter campaign emails on one of Drivefly's brand sites. This would have been either by opting in, at the checkout, or by signing up via the newsletter sign up forms, or by opting in to receive offers from Drivefly, via third party collaborative competitions. The channels for which a LIA (Legitimate Interest Assessment) has been conducted are as follows: PR Direct Marketing (including SMS and postal), PPC, Retargeting, Email, Social Media and Customer Services



We may share your information with selected third parties for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including: business partners, suppliers and sub-contractors for the delivery of the products and services you have requested.
